dont worry about perfromance and regret. if you're sincere about helping others, then ppl will be able to understand you as a leader and respect you.first step in preventing mistake, is acknowledging that you'll make them.Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory.look forward to the many things you're gonna do, not those you won't or don't do so well (:Unless a woman undertakes more than she possibly can do, she will never do all that she can.it's whether you dare to lead.based on the above.most importantly, i realised it's a choice i have to make for myself.no one can make it for me.and whatever negative impacts that result, will be my problem. yeah.with that said,i'm prepared to accept the challenges as a councillor.pretty much at least.so yeah.i'll see how the camp goes.and that's to affirm my choice.special thanks to alex, mike, ian and my mum.
